What areas do you service?

At this time,I only service the Schertz/Cibolo,Selma, and Live Oak areas.  I do schedule dog walking for Roger's Ranch on Tuesday and Fridays only.  If you do not live in any of these areas, please feel free to contact me for a referral of a pet sitter in your area.

Can you provide references?

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes.  My insurance carrier is Business Insurers of the         Carolinas. More information is available at http://www.petsitterinsurance.com/. 

Do you charge for each pet?

No, I don't.  If you have several pets, I recommend you      schedule a 1 hour visit.

Can I drop off my pet at your home?

I prefer to visit pets in their own home but at times I will care for pets at my home.  Please contact me for more information.  Different rates do apply.  Due to limited availability, this service needs to be scheduled as early as possible. 

How do I arrange services?

To arrange services, contact us. An initial consultation will be scheduled so I can meet your pets, discuss your needs, and answer any questions you might have.

Do I have to call you when I return from my trip?

I will NOT assume you have returned home from your trip unless I hear from you.  If I do not hear from you, and I am unable to contact you, I will continue to make visits to assure the health and safety of your pets.  In such cases, you will be charged an extra visit fee. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made with cash or check.  The amount due and a payment envelope with mailing address is provided at the end of service.  Please do not mail cash.

Will you provide services for a dog that has bit someone in the past?

Unfortunately, not all dogs are suitable candidates for in home pet sitting.  Some dogs are overly territorial and can become dangerous when strangers enter the home.  The temperament of each animal, regardless of prior history, will be evaluated at an initial consultation.  Triple T Pet Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone on that basis.  You know your dog best; please inform me if you have any concerns about your pets.
